Executive Coaching Package for Physicians

Each Accelerator Pathway includes a tailored coaching experience designed to meet physicians where they are in their leadership journey. Participants receive six (6) one-hour individualized coaching sessions with experienced physician executives. To ensure relevance and personalization, coachees may select any six (6) sessions from the ten (10) options below, allowing them to build a customized development experience aligned with their goals, career stage, and leadership aspirations.
